I provide psychotherapy primarily to adults, either as individuals or couples. Common issues I encounter involve: anxiety, depression, grief, guilt, embarrassment, shame, anger, relationship difficulties, problems with communicating, work stress, life transitions, loss, psychophysiological disorders, and post-traumatic stress (including those with physical and sexual abuse in their histories). With more than 40 years of broad-ranged experience in many settings, I aim to help people manage their lives with greater satisfaction.
