Major approaches include social learning theory (including CBT), ACT, EFT, FAP, Humanist\/Existential, Narrative, and Solution-Oriented therapy. Mindfulness has been part of my practice since working with Dr. Lester Fehmi during my undergraduate studies. I have a particular interest in the non-specific common elements across all therapeutic relationships. I&#8217;ve presented my own &#8220;Cybernetic Chaos Theory&#8221; at the WA State Psychological Association&#8217;s annual conferences.
